Integral Heart Therapy is a bilingual integrative psychotherapy practice in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, led by Yatong Wen, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Medicare-registered provider.

- Referral received. Receipt is confirmed to your practice within 2 business days.
- I call your patient directly. I introduce myself, answer questions, and book their first appointment.
- First appointment. Usually within 1 to 2 weeks, in person at Wheelers Hill or by telehealth.
- Report back to you. Written reporting follows Better Access requirements after the initial course, or earlier if clinically indicated.
- Ongoing communication. Case discussion is welcome. Urgent clinical concerns are communicated by phone.
Who is a good fit
- Trauma and Complex PTSD, including developmental and relational trauma.
- Autistic and ADHD adults and young people, with neurodivergence-affirming care.
- Chinese-Australian and CALD patients, with therapy available in English or Mandarin.
- Anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties.
- Existential crisis, including major life transitions, identity disruption, and loss of meaning.
- Post altered-state integration and spiritual emergence, clinically differentiated from emerging psychotic illness.
Referrals I cannot accept: acute risk requiring crisis response, active psychosis, or primary substance dependence requiring detoxification.

Rebates require a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan. Telehealth attracts the same rebate as in-person sessions. Tyro claims are processed on the day and most rebates return within 24 to 48 hours.
